Geographical Restrictions: Currently, our Free Shipping offer is only available to addresses within the lower 48 United States. Orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories are not eligible for free shipping.

Returns

These are Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from lawnmowerpartsworld.com

You have 30 days from the date you placed your order to return a product. We have listed the necessary steps to do so below.

All products returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Your RMA number is your order number
Package items carefully and send to our return address:

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost if received by us:

Any product not purchased from lawnmowerpartsworld.
Any product that has been installed or used
Any product that is returned without all of the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product.
Any product that exhibits physical damage.

Please Note: Any product returned to lawnmowerpartsworld must be new, unused, complete, and marked with a valid RMA number. Anything else will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your cost.

Short blocks are sold as final sale (not returnable). Please allow a customer service representative to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to guarantee that you are receiving the correct product.

DECKS

Decks are sold as final sale (not returnable). Please allow a customer service representative to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to guarantee that you are receiving the correct product.

TRANSMISSIONS

Transmission are sold as final sale (not returnable). Please allow a customer service representative to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to guarantee that you are receiving the correct product.

Refunds

full amount minus original shipping

According to U.S. law, refund credits can only be returned back to the card of original purchase. In the event that a card can no longer be charged back (lost card etc.) an attempt on our part has to be made at least once and then a company check will be sent to the purchaser. The company check process can delay the time taken to receive the refund.

Notice on all Hydrogear Pumps there is a 25% restocking fee

Please contact us with your model number and we can look up your Hydrogear pump for you before you order.

Shipping or Website Errors

Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge

Manufactures Warranties

All products sold by lawnmowerpartsworld have a manufacturer warranty. Please be aware that warranties from defect are provided strictly through the manufacturer. If your part is eligible for a warranty claim, our customer service staff will get information from you to process your claim and will provide instructions for you as well as a Warranty Authorized Return number to be able to return the defective part. If you believe you have a defective product please contact customer service so we can assist you.

Engine Powered Equipment

If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty. Please contact customer service to assist you in finding the nearest authorized service center to assist you.
